1. How do I transfer my domain to your servers? You need to contact your Registration Agent and ask them to change the Name Servers for your domain. You will need to supply them with the following information:
   
   Primary Name Server: ns1.tlanet.co.uk
   Secondary Name Server: ns2.tlanet.co.uk
2. How do I transfer my Domain from my current Registration Agent to you? We are Nominet registered agents for a .uk domains. To transfer a domain to our control you need to ask your current registration agent to change the IPS TAG for the domain to TYLERLEWIS (this must be uppercase). We will then be your billing and technical contact for the domain.
   
   For .com, .biz or .org etc domains you need to ask your current registration agent to unlock the domain and provide the authorisation key. Once we have the authorisation key we can pull the domain under our control. The process of transfer will also extend the registration period of th domain by 2 years therefore there will be a cost involved.
3. How long does a Name Server change take? For a .uk domain we expect a name server change to take no longer than 24 hours. For a .com domain we expect the transfer to take no more than 72 hours.
4. How do I set up an Email account? Your email account set up will require the following information;
   
   Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.co.uk
   Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.co.uk
   Username : joe.bloggs@yourdomain.co.uk
   Password : <as supplied>
